from when I walked into the office I was welcomed , Virginia reached out to me and was very helpful over the phone . The receptionist up front was very kind as well . When I saw DR RAZZAK I can honestly say I felt very comfortable with all the knowledge he had for me . He answered my questions clearly and was just very honest . 10/10 recommend this office to anyone-Bryanna

I have been to this office before and, upon returning to Monterey after having moved away for several years, scheduled a new appointment. I was extremely impressed with the staff, how they handled my initial appearance very professionally and well-managed. I met with Dr. Swanson for the first time and was instantly impressed with her. She had already read my entire file from my previous doctor and immediately put me at ease. I have already mentioned her to someone and suggested they see her. I will continue to do so. Good job, Dr. Swanson and staff!!

Had my appointment today. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and front office staff greeted me and processed my insurance documents quickly. The tech taking vitals arrived promptly, brought me to a room after taking my weight and completed taking vitals in a professional and friendly manner.They made sure I understood and let me know how long the wait for the PA I was seeing would be. Silvia (the PA) arrived within the mentioned time and was attentive, interested and informative as to the details of why I was there and I felt very relaxed in discussing the details with her.
