i honestly didnt know what to expect walking in but the second i stepped through the door it was like a wave of calm came over me. everyone was so kind and patient and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pushed into anything. the whole process felt really respectful and gentle, it actually ended up being a really positive experience. i left feeling lighter and honestly grateful.
