Sent email to get appointment, message sent, no response ever received. Called, was asked a few questions, nice lady, was told I would get a call back, never did. Called back a month later, different lady, told they are not taking new clients at this point. Would have been nice to be told that in the first place. Seems very unorganized and disjointed. Glad they did not take me.

Gerry Ray knows everything and is an impressive consultant for taxes, business structures, and mergers and acquisitions.
