I have a bit of an interesting perspective of Andrea, I am not only a client of Lux, I have had the privilege of having been instructed/mentored (through the practical portion of my education) by Andra, at Monterey Bay Institute Of Electrology. She was an incredibly skilled and respected instructor at MBIE. She didn't just practice the art of electrology she taught it. Her meticulous attention to detail and her intrinsic desire to do her very best at all that she applies herself to, is undeniable in both her instruction and her practice. This is absolutely the best place to get electrolysis! Annie is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process in the beginning and continues to answer alllllll my annoying questions that come up during our sessions with kindness; she truly makes me feel so comfortable every step of the way! She is professional and caring, always has the best playlists and best conversation during our sessions. Her scheduling is easy, and thanks to her flexibility it is always easy to find times to come in to see her. The studio itself is clean, relaxing, and well-maintained (not to mention cute!) Andrea is very knowledgeable and skilled at electrolysis treatment. I have seen her for a few sessions now and am very happy with the results! She is also personable and kind which has made my experience even better! I highly recommend her!!
