She was prompt and full of information from our first consultation. During the design process she always responded quickly to my questions or additional requests. We signed the contract and they started the project a few weeks later as promised. As the project progressed and things came up she worked with Alfredo, the installer, to make adjustments and adaptations. Stephanie came every few days to check on the progress. Alfredo’s crew were the hardest working group I have ever seen. They arrived each morning on time, worked non stop all day everyday to get the job done in the time promised.
