The Monterey location is fantastic. The owner has done my eyebrows multiple times exactly as I have described how I like them to look. She listens and makes suggestions on how to best reach your eyebrow goals. Highly recommend getting the package if you are trying to regrow/ repair a botched eyebrow wax/threading.
