I work for a major healthcare organization and tried the Medical Weight Management Program that they offered. Unfortunately, I was not impressed so I decided to try out JumpStart MD instead. Not only were my results more consistent but I didn't feel like I was starving myself. JumpStart MD is an excellent program with results that worked for me (I have been struggling with my weight for the past 20 years - emotional/stress eater, sit all day at work). The last time I was on the JumpStart MD program, I lost 16 pounds. I didn't count calories or track my food intake and also strayed a bit from the program but I still lost the weight. The doctors are great-- The method works-- I lose about 1.5 pounds per week. The front office staff is very frustrating. They did not send my labs after I had taken a day off of work to get them, and the lab tech could not get them on the phone to confirm the order. They did not switch my payment method when I asked, so I was charged an extra 20 dollars in interest. They NEVER answer the phone.
