My experience with Harbor Light Tattoo was amazing from start to finish. I finally committed to getting my first tattoo. I couldn’t be happier I chose to work with Noah. His private studio had a great vibe and was super comfortable. Noah’s communication couldn’t have been better leading up to our appointment, while he worked, and in between sessions. I was recently traveling through Monterey with a couple of old friends, and our somewhat impromptu tattoo session with Noah at Harbor Light Tattoo turned into the absolute highlight of our trip. From the get-go, he was incredibly accommodating—coordinating around our travel plans so two of us could squeeze in a tattoo appointment (my fifth, her very first).
