Carpets and upholstery look and smell like new. The team is professional, courteous, and super great. They go out of their way to meet needs, such as cleaning carpets the same day and removing stubborn stains. The owner is great. Mike is professional, fair, and nice. Mike and Richard were super quick and offered a more than fair price. They got everything clean and wonderful. The sticky feel is out of the carpet. Adam and Victor were professional, polite, punctual, and did a great job. The carpet looks great like new. They got better price than other local company.
I had a wonderful experience! I have a 9 x 12 rug bowl that is nearly impossible to get clean in the washing machine. We have an elderly dog who started becoming incontinent and I could not get the stains or the smell out to save my life. I talked to Mike and. He was so informative and helpful. I decided to give it a go and have it steamed cleaned, and it looks brand new! Five stars for the work in five stars for the customer service.
Not only did Victor and Adam do a kick-ass job of restoring a love seat that was gifted to me, but Mike honored an outdated price that was on his site. Integrity and professionalism, highly recommend!
