“Total industrial auto building renovation including concrete, electrical, HVAC, lighting, roof, etc. They did an excellent job. Always on time and on budget. They handled all of the plans, engineering and permitting. Great communication and the staff, which includes in-house design, is incredible. I am already using them on another project and would absolutely recommend them again.”
“As first-time home remodelers, we were nervous about taking on a huge whole house remodel. But from day one, the entire team at Balestreri Builders made us feel supported and confident in the process.
Before the project got started, Mario met with us on site several times to get us a comprehensive bid. We met with all the subs beforehand and were able to fully communicate our wants and needs. Midway through the project, after a few unforeseen issues with the remodel including a particularly difficult window modification and a sag in the roof, Mario listened to our concerns about labor costs and was fully transparent and willing to work with us to get the project completed without completely breaking the bank.
Our project manager Anthony was fantastic--organized, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. He also provided invaluable ideas and options to ensure that we got what we wanted within our budget. With Anthony's guidance, the crew (including our carpenter Ryan) and subs did outstanding work and within our timeline. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional and the finished product has exceeded our expectations. Our home wouldn't be what it is today without Anthony and the Balestreri team.
We couldn’t recommend Balestreri Builders more highly. If you’re considering a remodel, especially if it’s your first time, this is the team you want.”
“I first met Cody West from Groza Construction in 2013 when he approached us to bid the plumbing and radiant heating for a custom home that was over 10,000 sq feet and once we completed that job we were very pleased and impressed with their professionalism from the office to their field supervisors. As a subcontractor that has been working on the peninsula for over 20 years and in the trades for over 35 years Groza Construction has been our go to general contractor with Cody West and Asa Engstrom always providing a safe and clean work environment for my employees. With their supervisors overseeing each project we are able to complete every project with a great quality product for the clients.”
