Our HOA has used CPR to tackle a variety of repair projects within our complex. I have always felt confident that Mike's (owner) word is his bond, that his work is always supported by thorough researched and backed by quality workmanship. It has seemed clear that he takes pride in the work his company produces and hex will stand behind it. Working in an HOA can be like getting cats, but Mike and his crew leafs have shown remarkable instances of patience and flexibility in accommodating residents affected by their work. There is a term in Germany's wine classification and labeling system which assures buyers of a recognized level of product: "Qualitatswein", ie. "Quality Wine" I feel that CPR could justifiably add "Quality Work" to their company logo...in whichever language(s) they choose.

I have used CPR's services since their start up in 2016. As a Building Contractor on the Central Coast, I've dealt with several restoration/disaster/mold mitigation companies, and none have been as thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient, as I found COR's services provided to be. They have been my "go to" company for my construction needs, and first to be referred to my clients needs. I have literally had them on site within 20 minutes of finding gushing water leaks! With that immediate response, water was rapidly removed, damaged areas taken up, and equipment for drying set up within hours. Excellent service, and excellent in dealing with insurance adjusters. Called these guys for a water loss at my house and Teddy helped me through all of it! He and the whole team were very fast and knowledgeable and made this stressful experience go a lot smoother! Highly recommend using them for any emergency! Thanks guys!!!
