I was in Monterey for work and realized my eyebrows were in desperate need of a touch up, so I found Bibi based on her Yelp reviews and had an AMAZING experience! She was actually on her way out of the shop when I called but she stayed and took care of me! My eyebrows have never looked better! Bibi even gave me advice about how to help my brows grow! Not only that, but she never pinched my skin during the entire process. I am SUPER impressed and hope to see her next time I'm in town! Thank you Bibi!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the way my brows look!

Dolores did a great job, without an appointment. I am picky about the shape of my eyebrows, and Dolores knew exactly what I wanted without having to describe it much. She is very nice and I enjoyed talking to her as well. Jiffy lube is next door, so drop off your car and run over to Bibi's, you and your car will both look/feel great!
