I had to disenroll my 12 - year old son after I learned the trainer is unprofessional, uses F word often when addressing my son. He focuses his attention on team - competition. My son was not getting any personal attention , other than destroying his morale .Trainer needs to appreciate " decency", clean language and basic human child psychology. He also treats girls different than boys. Overall not healthy environment. Waste of my money.

In 2017 I had a life changing fall, resulting in a torn ACL and chronic pain in my left groin. Since that time I have been to multiple physical therapists, fitness coaches and doctors. Not one has ever been able to help me reduce the pain I have suffered in my left groin area. Since joining Alta Performance, in 2020, I not only have gained freedom from chronic pain, I am on the way to regaining strength and endurance thru HIIT classes, yoga based practice and a structured workout every time I go to the gym.
