I paid a visit to this StretchLab in Montecito to give it a whirl, and wow, I can now twist and turn like never before! After filling out a consent/waiver, my therapist of “flexologist” Adrien brought me to a neat full body scanning machine that analyzed my Mobility, Activation, Posture, and Symmetry. He then spent about an hour stretching me. We communicated with a ‘safe word’ to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I consistently have a tight neck/shoulders and back, however, left the StretchLab feeling much looser and at ease. Awesome place for body wellness!

Had my first assisted stretch today with Eduardo and it was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on what was causing my range of motion limitations were. Mia at the front desk was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. I recommend their services to anyone who feels they have mobility limitations that may be causing some pain and stiffness.
