They were extremely responsive on the phone and were able to come out right away to assess the damage and order and install the correct skylight. Since there was a rainstorm about to arrive, they also waterproofed the existing damaged skylight until they came back the next week for the replacement service . They are extremely professional in every aspect of their service. I would recommend them without hesitation.“

We’ve had Fredy and his guys install a few large sliding doors at our house. There were a few things that needed to be fixed for the doors to work properly, but Starlite was accountable and fixed all the issues we had. Accountability is everything.“

If something didn’t go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfied—and it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price.

In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.“
