JOKE!! called and spoke to a new female answering the phones, and she has NO IDEA what she is doing. I was told to call and get help but this person is not a shutter person, barely a customer service rep. Could not explain the product correctly, break down a base price structure, or help with any basic questions regarding construction other that it is tariff free and from Mexico.
Then she tried to sell me on a Free Google Lead program that she can help set me up with and open an account. Again not knowing even the smallest about shutter sales, installation, pricing, etc. Buyer and Dealer BEWARE !!!!

We are a retailer and worked with a fabricator of Tampa, FL - So I can't speak for Shutter Smart as a whole. However, The shutters we received from Southeast Window Fashion are the worst shutters I have ever seen. I do not believe they have any idea what they are doing. The shutters are missized, and a number of them are coming apart. They delivered shutters to me on a U-Haul Auto Trailer in a rain storm. This was not an isolated incident - I ordered 4 different jobs and each one has multiple issues. If you are considering using Shutter Smart - be cautious. I have attemped to rectify the issues with the fabricator - no deal. They will not fix the issues without me reordering an paying for replacments. I have attemped to reach out to Shutter Smart Corporate - no one will return my calls. View the photos below and see how the panels are drooping.. They say this is normal. I have been selling and installing shutters for over 20 years - These shutters are crap.

I just got shutters installed on my rental property in Torrance they came out great I got a total of nine windows and three sliding glass door bypass shutters the quality is very good and made very well couldn't be happier!
