This place has a really good Doctor and Nursing team. But going into the waiting area is slow slow slow, a long line with only one person checking people in for their appointments, probably because they closed their urgent care services. They got rid of their urgent care on 9-16-2024 so it's not like it is as busy as it used to be. But when you have only one person doing the check ins it is going to be slow if there is problem checking someone in then it will hold up the whole line and you don't have another person to keep the line moving.

This was my first visit with this clinic (because my insurance changed and I moved fairly recently, so it was in network and close)... I do have to note that I was seen very promptly which is great, but I did not have a pleasant experience. My experience- -Once I got in there I had paperwork to fill out which was expected, but I was callee before finishing so I had to carry it around with me throughout everything. - not typically a bad thing though - The nurse took me in and got my vitals- when I stepped on the scale I kinda made a comment more so to myself ("Oh I gained some weight") and it seemed like the nurse laughed at me.. it could have been about something... read full review

I have come here a few times and I will say the staff and Drs have always been kind and very professional. Because they are sometimes busy, the wait may be long. Today I waited about an hour and a half before being moved to a room. Other than that, if one is patient, to me, I would definitely recommend this place.
