Lyna was amazing from start to finish! She responded quickly when I was booking my appointment and was even accommodating with scheduling since I was coming straight from work. She created such a welcoming and comfortable environment, and she was incredibly easy to talk to. Having a show playing during the appointment was a nice touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.
