I have done my taxes twice with Llamas. The fact that she is knowledgeable, detailed and quick at completing the taxes and her other services, amazes me. My taxes are complex and she completes them quickly in less than 30 minutes. I have come in last minute and she gets through her appointments throughly and quickly; She is still able to squeeze me in and complete my taxes.
She is a hard worker has amazing customer service, and cares about helping her community with understanding the processes.
If you’re looking for a good, knowledgeable tax person, Lorena is your person. It’s usually a hassle to find someone, but she makes it easy.
My husband has gone to two different tax preparers. Both saying he owes a lot (thousands).
Because Lorena is so up to date on everything, he left paying less than half. We both love her, and would definitely refer her to everyone.
