DLP Eye Group is an experienced ophthalmology practice that provides comprehensive eye care, including specialty services in Cataract and Corneal Surgery, Glaucoma, and Vitreoretinal diseases like Diabetic Retinopathy. Their optometrists are experts in recognizing and treating refractive errors with glasses or contact lenses, as well as diagnosing and treating various eye issues. Patients praise the quick waiting times, the kind and patient staff, and the clean, pleasant environment, especially for elderly patients. The team, including the front desk, coordinators, and managers, are described as helpful, professional, and efficient in resolving any issues.
Experience at the actual facility was efficient and quick. Don’t try getting a hold of them over the phone, though. I’ve called every day this last week and I leave my number after about 30 mins thinking I’ll get a call back but don’t.
For some reason my mother always wants to come over here. The waiting was quick, Ryan was very patiently with my 92 year old mother. The place is nice and clean. Good place for the elderly patients
