“I love this barbershop. I am a mom of boys. Growing up I always went to a salon and my mom would take my brothers to a salon because the atmosphere felt intimating. At first I was intimidated as well, because it is a different vibe from a salon. However, wanted my boys to have that atmosphere. All these barbers are very good with kids. They are passionate and patient. I also love the fact that they offer stickers rather than candy giving options for the little ones to choose which gives them a sense of control. My boys are always content after getting their haircut. I drive from Hemet, because they are welcoming, and kid friendly. 100 percent recommend. Thank you for giving my boys a great experience and being patient with them.“

“My soon to be 4 year old had a haircut appointment with Josh. My son has autism/adhd and has a very difficult time sitting still and isn't very fond of how the clippers feel on his head. (He has noise and sensory difficulties.) So as you can imagine every haircut appointment I've taken him to (other barbershops) always ended up in both of us leaving in tears. I walked into this shop with A LOT of anxiety worried he wouldn't still and it would end in disaster. To my surprise Josh was very patient and understanding. My son was the calmest he's ever been sitting in a barbershop chair. I couldn't believe it! At one point Josh even let my son get down from the chair to look at the fish in the fish tank and get a little break. After a couple of minutes he went back to the chair and Josh was able to continue. This was honestly the best haircut experience my son and I have ever had. I highly recommend him and look forward to having him cut my son's hair again in the future. Thanks again!“

“Was in the area and needed a quick cut for an event. Checked out some local reviews and came across this shop, and decided to give them a try. The shop looks newly renovated and the atmosphere was relaxing. There is a good amount of parking (which they share with neighboring businesses). Anthony helped me out with my cut and did a great job. He is very confident in his abilities and provided a nice fade/taper. This isn't my usual shop, but I will definitely be back in if I'm in the area again.“

“Sharkey's is seriously one of the best barbershops in the area. Mark is super talented -- easily one of the best barbers I've had. I've also had cuts from a few of the other guys there and they all do a pretty solid job too. One thing I really like is that they actually give you a hard part (a lot of barbers won't do that), and they know how to work around cowlicks so your cut still looks clean. Every time I get my haircut here, I end up getting compliments, which is always a nice bonus. If you're a guy with a beard who needs a fade and beard trim, definitely check these guys out. Parking can be a little tight since it's right by a residential area, but I've never had too much trouble finding a spot. Just make sure to book your appointments ahead of time -- they stay busy. They also normally show the dodger game on tv too which is an added bonus.“
