This review is mainly for Joe...Long story but I'll try to keep it short! The AC on one of the condo units in our building was acting up. Joe came out the following day. He knew the problem right away without having to see error codes from the chip board (this is a new unit with the energy saving chip boards in them). He explained it would be under warranty and rather than pay out of pocket we should call the original contractor to replace the parts under warranty. 10 days later....the orig contractor finally decided to show up and say he didn't get the messages until the day before - he said it was both chip boards and needed to order them...a little different... read full review
