The tech quickly determined the source of the problem and replaced the broken part. He then performed a diagnostic run of the dishwasher and found it was leaking water from the motor. He ordered the needed replacement part, contacted a colleague, asked him to pick it up and deliver it to us that day. The tech returned the next day and promptly replaced the part. He is commended for not only quickly fixing the original problem, but finding and solving a serious, unrelated issue, although he could have simply closed up the dishwasher and left. Thanks
Requested service, my appointment time was from 8-10, service was delayed till 3:45 was kind of bummed spend all day waiting for service till it was finally done. Next time they should give a exact time they way you don't miss work and other important things, but other then that Technician was very good and told me what was the problem and was able to fix it. thank you
Professional, timely, diagnosed the problem and pointed out our water lines to the washing macihine needed changing even though he doesn't do this work. Would use this service again.
