We’ve been coming to Rapha PT in San Bernardino for about a year now, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience.
My daughter’s speech therapist, Ms. Claudia, and OT, Ms. Amy, have been nothing short of amazing. ❤️ They are constantly finding new and creative ways to grab her attention, keep her engaged, and make therapy enjoyable for her. What means the most to me is the genuine empathy, patience, and excitement they show with every bit of progress she makes. They celebrate her wins right along with us, and as a parent, that means so much.
I also really appreciate the communication they maintain with her school to make sure there is consistency and balance between what she’s working on at school and during therapy.
The entire staff has also been incredibly understanding and accommodating. Life happens—appointments get missed and schedules change—and they always do their best to help us reschedule or make up sessions so she can stay consistent with therapy. There’s never a feeling of judgment, just understanding and a genuine desire to help my daughter continue growing.
Finding therapists who truly care about your child and celebrate their progress as much as you do is priceless. We are so grateful for Ms. Claudia, Ms. Amy, and the entire Rapha PT team! 💕
So far I have had a pleasant experience in their San Bernardino office, from the checking in process to my daughter’s speech therapy session. Office is very clean and organized, front desk is very friendly. Claudia is the speech therapist for my daughter and she is great with her, patient, understanding and great in working with my daughter’s speech and navigating her AAC device. My daughter loves coming here always eager to start her session, sometimes doesn’t want to leave which is a great sign that she enjoys coming here, love that she includes me in the session to better understand and help my daughter outside of her sessions, previous therapy office was not like this we had to leave while they had their one on one but here I get to observe, interact & I can apply this at home.
