Do not expect a fancy or tidy facility. Honestly the place could use a really good cleaning! But the service and quality are good. I left my former nail spa because the quality really went down. So I came here and I got fast service and quality work. I got and full set and pedicure.
Husband wasn't offered the spa treatment, lady just cut his nails and ripped out a ingrown then left him without once speaking a word to him. Not much of a pedicure. I had a pretty standard manicure. Just got anxious to be asked 8 different times if I wanted dip and if I wanted black after I stated I wanted black dip rounded square by the same lady who did my husband pedi. Gentleman who took over for dip was nice and did good on my nails.
Called in for a pedicure in which they were immediately available for. I came shortly after and it was empty, except for the woman doing my pedicure. I wasn't necessarily greeted, she just told me to sit in the chair, and asked if I had just called. I said yes. She filled the water just enough to cover the top of my feet and got to work. I had two broken toe nails (which has happened before) and I requested that I get acrylic since the break was pretty low. She didn't really respond, she just kept removing the gel. I noticed a menu sitting in her cart and figured she would give it to me to choose my pedicure after she was done removing my gel. She didn't not. My feet hardly soaked and she didn't do much cuticle work. She scrubbed my feet for all of 30 seconds and drained the water. She then grabbed nail repair patches and I guess decided she would use that instead of acrylic. She then painted my toes and rubbed oil on them and sent me on my way. I saw there was an option for an express pedicure on the menu so I assume this is what she did? I was done in less than 30 minutes. My toes look fine which is why I gave the 3 stars, but customer service was non existent. Won't be returning.
