The staff is super rude and act like everything is such an inconvenience. Most of the time they never answer the phone even when there is no one they are helping. No more walk ins appointment only but no appointments on the weekend..
This is the worst experience I've had for an urgent care center in my life I went in because I thought I had a broken toe doctor came in and in 3 seconds said she would give me a pain shot I got the pain shot nothing happened still in pain the receptionist came in to draw blood because they wanted to rule out gout never had gout in my entire life I'm 69 years old then she couldn't draw blood she said that I must be dehydrated because no blood would come out of my vein I left the center and remember they didn't give me a place to go take a x-ray to rule out gout I called them and they said they would email it to me where to go never got that either next day I went to emergency...read full review
