Good luck if you need to change vet clinics. My Vet has been working with these people for coming up to two months and still no sign of a new vial of allergy serum. My poor dog is 4 weeks overdue for her allergy shot and I've had to give her increased doses of prednisone due to extreme itch and she smells like corn chips. The company will not talk to the pet owner, although I found if I persevere they will tell me if they have received an order. My vet has spent a good bit of time faxing the prescription multiple times and leaving multiple messages.Every 10 days or so, when the prescription doesn't turn up I call VARL only to be told the prescription didn't go through. Then I call the vet, then the vet faxes it through again.I'm so frustrated!!

Unless your pet is happy to open its mouth for you and you can get under the tongue, the sublingual treatment method is quite difficult and not recommended. The testing and treatment cost a fortune as the vets, at least, double the price. Then, you need to have the pet retested along the way. I have yet to figure out if it actually works.
