My mom has recently taken two of my favorite faux fur vests to universal cleaner to be dry cleaned. They ended up burning the faux fur and ruining both of them. Both are unwearable now. When my mom took back the jackets to talk to the owner, he first denied that they cleaned my vests. When my mom showed him the number tag that is still stapled to my vests, he just refused to talk to my mom any more. We've also had other regular dry clean items that came back with a bad smell.
