My mom has recently taken two of my favorite faux fur vests to universal cleaner to be dry cleaned. They ended up burning the faux fur and ruining both of them. Both are unwearable now. When my mom took back the jackets to talk to the owner, he first denied that they cleaned my vests. When my mom showed him the number tag that is still stapled to my vests, he just refused to talk to my mom any more. We've also had other regular dry clean items that came back with a bad smell. We are really disappointed by universal Cleaners' response and their attitude. I think at minimum an apology and acknowledgment is expected. And they really shouldn't have taken on items that they did not know how to clean and end up ruining my clothes.

DONT GO HERE...When I picked up my clothes the owner tells me all my items are there. I recount and tell her again I'm 4 items short and she continues to say all items are there. I have her recount and then all of a sudden she agrees and suddenly finds the missing items hanging right next to her. I get home and hang up my clothes. 3 days later when I get my pants to put on I see they are 2 sizes too small and not a brand I wear. I take the wrong pair of pants back to the cleaners in exchange for my pair of pants back and she said those are yours. I said I don't shop at that store and they are too small. She said ok... I ask her for my pair of pants back and she said "are you serious" ? She now claims she gave them to me as an extra item with my clothes although she counted them and does not have my pants. I left empty handed and she claims says she owes me nothing and it was an extra pair of pants. DONT GO HERE.. They overcharge, I have multiple iron lines instead of 1 crease on my shirts and pants and they MISPLACE your clothes...DONT GO HERE...DONT GO HERE...DONT GO HERE....
