Best Ulta experience ever. I felt listened to and understood. The sales lady connected me with a makeup girl that perfectly matched my foundation color. She asked questions to help understand what I was trying to accomplish and actually sent me home with samples that I am going back to buy the full size product.

I had a very pleasant experience with Veronica. She was very sweet and patient. Thank you Veronica! Also thank you to the manager. I will be coming back. It's always a pleasure shopping there and getting my Benefit waxes.

I really like this store! Every time I go in, everything is super clean and nice. The employees are extremely kind and helpful, amazing staff. Will definitely continue all my shopping here.
