This is the best sports medicine body tune up I have ever had! When I get off of her table I feel like a new man! She starts with intention setting and muscles tests throughout the prosses to be sure it is working.
KT, has been the BEST thing ever for a return to full health. She instills her vast wealth of knowledge along w a fantastic healing massage. We have been going for 3 months weekly and are in much better shape.

Katie is amazing. She has magic hands and great techniques. Injury my back 2 weeks ago, I got on her table in pain and walked out feeling great. Her massage is unique in that she utilizes different techniques to rub and massage body parts to strengthen first, then you'll get the traditional relaxing experience to wrap it all up. You do not get off her table until she knows she's done all she can to make your muscles feel good. I highly recommend a visit to her.
