I have a very complicated tax issue so I went to this place to finalize my 2022 income tax return. I met with Mariela, income tax consultant, and oh my gosh...She was super amazing! Her customer service skills were excellent. She has 15 years experience in the tax industry and was indeed very knowledgeable with the tax laws. She was patient and answered all my questions. She took her time in explaining the forms regarding credits and deductions as well as educating me with better planning on taking advantage of better tax savings for next year's filing. She was so accommodating and friendly and did not rush me. The tax filing cost was fair for the exceptional service she provided. Also, kudos to Frank who accommodated me with a schedule to see Mariela despite the fact that they're all booked for the season. I've had a positive experience from the time I called to the time I set foot on the place. Has easy parking. Place was clean. And accept all forms of payments. I will definitely be coming back and referring Mariela and this place in general to friends and family.

The time i walked into here was because my mom and i had recently moved and we were looking for a tax place nearby that takes appointments. I knew nothing about my taxes and all i know is that i have to do it. Its been about 5 years now, and I havent missed a tax season. I always make sure to make my appointments with Jessie. He gives me great advice, too on how to manage my savings and be able to maximize my returns. He's been very helpful to me and my business and now i recommend him to everyone who asks for tax help. I recommend calling in advance and scheduling an appointment. You can also call to find out what are their walk-in dates. It varies for each person, so its best to call and ask for availability. I'll be back next tax season!

1. Cleanness & Parking- clean, shared parking with other stores, but at least no fee nor limit 2. Contactless payment- yes, apple pay accepted 3. Reservations/Appointment - YES to save time or stress make an appointment but of course walk ins are welcome 4. Customer Service/Assistance - all employees have been nice, my go to guy JESSIE ! so knowledgeable and helpful 5. Amenities- Taxes/Notary/Financial advise/etc. in my reviews each star is given when they meet all my top necessities overall, been coming here since 2003 not once has IRS or a surprise letter arrived saying i owe money because of how legit honest well done Jessie does our taxes, trust him to continue doing the work, he takes time to understand financially what you want out of filing taxes to help you fill out, 19+ years of TRUST with great QUALITY of work ! definitely recommend
