I checked my eyes here and took almost 1 month to get the glass. They said 2 weeks. But after 4 weeks no response and went there, so the glass was ready there! It was so urgent but they said they will contact me once it is ready. But they didn't! Finally the glass I got is ok but not 100% happy. But still I believe in them. Hope will chnge things. ------------ A year ago! It was 5 stars!!
The doctor was excellent, he checked eyes very sincerely and gave us a clear idea about the present condition. Since we have insurance we don't need to pay anything especially since there was no prescription to buy any medicine... read full review

I have been going to Plaza Vision for many years, beginning at the City of Industry office and chose to continue coming and driving farther to the Monrovia office because of the excellent service. Front desk is friendly and helpful and staff guides and is patient with the frame selections. Dr. Alysa examined my eyes thoroughly and also looked at my old glasses I brought in to assess which will help my vision until cataract surgery is performed.

Staff were great. Walked in to have my RayBrand's adjusted with no appointment and within 10 mins walked out a very happy customer. No charge for the adjustment. Very rare to see this quality of customer service. Definitely will be going back.
