Her customer service skills were excellent. She has 15 years experience in the tax industry and was indeed very knowledgeable with the tax laws. She was patient and answered all my questions. She took her time in explaining the forms regarding credits and deductions as well as educating me with better planning on taking advantage of better tax savings for next year's filing. She was so accommodating and friendly and did not rush me. The tax filing cost was fair for the exceptional service she provided. Also, kudos to Frank who accommodated me with a schedule to see Mariela despite the fact that they're all booked for the season. I recommend giving them a text on their business line to ensure they are available before coming in or even scheduling an appointment. They also offer other services outside of notarizing documents. “I didn't go to the insurance place so i don't know. I went to the water place right next to it. This place is run by 2 older people. I think they are husband and wife. They are nice and they help me load my water gallons to my car. They have a loading parking space and they share the same parking with the othe places. They sell snacks, water and icecream aswell. No public bathrooms.“

“I had a very brief interaction with Stephanie this past week. At 2 pm on a Friday, I needed to submit a notarized form in order to complete a financial transaction with a deadline of 4 pm. If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation. I found Stephanie on Yelp, gave her call, and she was able to meet with me right away. By 3 pm, I had returned the completed and notarized form back to the agent and I was good to go. Stephanie was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. She was well-prepared and it took only 15 minutes to complete the notarization. In this day and age, if you're a walk-in or have last minute emergency appointment, you're are often treated with disdain, making it clear in no uncertain terms that your problem is not their problem. Not so with Stephanie. She greeted me with a smile and was very comforting in what was a pretty stressful situation for me. Thank you, Stephanie.
