Very unprofessional , I need to know where I can report this unprofessional place the so call doctor basically told my kids underage that it's their fault their blind.her face expression and rude comments were very uncalled for.my kids have a strabismus. Yes they been treated yes they followed every direction given.if anyone can advice where to report please help me out.my kids don't deserve to be told that it's their fault that they have a condition or that they're going blind from one eye

Had my appt on 3/8 and ordered a pair of glasses. Hadn't heard anything as of 4/19. So I called them this morning to see if my glasses had come in. Note that on my receipt it says 2-3 weeks for my glasses to be ready. The lady says she'll check and call me back. I get an automated text a couple of hours later saying to call to schedule to pick up my glasses. I call and ask if I can pick them up today because I had been waiting so long for my glasses and they are "booked". I tell the person who answered I've been waiting over a month to pick up my glasses and no one had even called me and that I'd like to pick them up today. No, they cannot... read full review

Excellent customer care! I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in there . Everyone's so friendly and attentive . Usually I have anxiety walking into any doctor's office but here I automatically felt at peace. Thank you Dr. Lynn Szeto, Jennifer and Irene.
