I have known and worked with Sarah Mafyan for about a year now. My mother has known and worked with her for over 5 years in getting all things put together for the burials of my brother as well as my father. When my mother went to finish all details and paperwork for her spot next to my father that is when I met Sarah. I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable she was and how much she truly cares about the people she works with. I am blessed to have met her and to know her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
We stopped by the cemetery today on our way back home to Northern California and didn't want to delay the long journey by requesting assistance at the gravesites of my parents. We left the flowers, in honor of their birthdays, laying on the headstones since we were unable to remove the vases while we were there. A phone call and assistance from Jessica was all it took and she sent a photo to show that the flowers were properly placed and nicely arranged within 30 minutes of my request. I can't fault them for our difficulties in removing the vases as it has been more than a year since we were able to visit. The staff was extremely helpful and professional during the time of my mother's death 4 years ago during the Covid pandemic and lockdown, too. So comforting that my parents' headstones match despite the 61 years difference in their deaths.
My mother in law is here with her parents because it's where she wanted to be. Andrea was great and amazing! She made the process smooth for our family. When my husband went out there to lay his mom to rest, Andrea and Gary were there with him to support him. They shared the moment with him and listen as he remembered his mom. We had a amazing experience.
