Unfortunately, I leave a negative review. The company if still owned by Jeff C, has yet to return calls after receiving a verbal quote from one of its workers named Gus. We waited patiently for several months after a visit in September. I'm unsure what happened, but after multiple attempts, to not return calls is unprofessional, considering our previous business together. We previously hired Jeff and his crew, giving him and his company several seasons of good business. In 2022, we paid Jeff and his crew almost $15,000 to trim and remove pine trees on our property.

Currently this business is working on trees that come from our property to our neighbors. When asked what the work order, was we were hit with homophobic slurs for merely asking a question. To get this as a response is irrelevant and discrimination. This business does not belong in a city such as Monrovia, or any other city in the state of California.Service: Tree trimming & pruning

We need businesses that support respect and kindness. This is not that business.Follow up: I saw the police called on this business for harassment of a neighbor of mine.Also, he obviously doesn’t even read the reviews since I didn’t claim to be a costumer. Just a witness to their unprofessional behavior.
