I called Iwai Cooling and Heatin, after getting estimates from 3 other companies. I liked Craig, the owner of Iwai C and H, because of his straightforward and honest manner. I liked what he noticed about my old system, being a good brand, but also noticed that the rotors on the air conditioner were going the wrong way, making the heat come out of the side of the unit instead of the top. I liked the plans for my new furnace, coil, air conditioner and ducts. He also suggested getting an attic fan to blow away hot air from the attic. Craig also gave me a fair, competitive price for the C and H unit. He came out to remove my old unit and install my new Lenox elite system.... read full review
