I called Iwai Cooling and Heatin, after getting estimates from 3 other companies. I liked Craig, the owner of Iwai C and H, because of his straightforward and honest manner. I liked what he noticed about my old system, being a good brand, but also noticed that the rotors on the air conditioner were going the wrong way, making the heat come out of the side of the unit instead of the top. I liked the plans for my new furnace, coil, air conditioner and ducts. He also suggested getting an attic fan to blow away hot air from the attic. Craig also gave me a fair, competitive price for the C and H unit. He came out to remove my old unit and install my new Lenox elite system. He was very meticulous, securing loose wires and hoses and filled a wall hole with sheet metal. The work done was immaculate, with his son Josh doing all the ductwork and installing new vents which he caulked very neatly. Every step of the way, Craig gave me different options on the installation of the furnace and air conditioner and where the tubing housing the coolant would be placed. I chose Craig's company, because I felt that in the future if I needed the unit repaired, he would take care of it. I highly recommend Iwai C and H.
