Was bummed to get home and my pinky toe nail was chipped and, I had to fix it with a permanent marker of the same color to fix it. I wore flip flops home, too! There was also paint on my skin. I have had several pedicures and never had this issue… could have been better.

What I expected and would expect from the services I am asking for with pleasant customer service. Came in earlier than my appointment and was taken immediately. Services asked for with regards to manicure/cuticle care, reshape/fill, and attention to what I wanted in the acrylic was done. Also as I was so scatter brained the employees were patient with me when I forgot my jacket and quickly found me when I left without my cell phone. All in all, I would go back again and try more services with Wendy and/or other technicians.

Always get kindly greeted by the owner. The spa is always kept clean. I come here mainly because of Cindy, she makes you feel special and gives you quality treatment! Her pedicures are fantastic with the best massage to relax you. She doesn't make you feel rushed. To top it off, her nail treatments are just as fantastic. I usually get the Gel-X which gives a more natural look. Cindy does a great job with both Gel and Acrylic and she does great polish designs! I have always left there happy and satisfied with Cindy's nail treatments and designs. My nails last perfectly until I see her again.
