“I wanted to wear this dress I have for a wedding, but my bra was too visible. I took my dress here to shorten the straps. The wedding was starting in 4 hours! I was in such a rush and so worried. Went in and showed the lady what I needed. I knew it was a last minute fix so a no would be understandable. She wasn't hesitant and fixed my dress.
