The housekeeper on the 3rd floor, Stephanie, is very kind, considerate, caring, and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure the residents are taken care of. She treats everyone like family!

To the Truewood by Merrill Facility overall. I have been a very happy resident for four months. I was referred to Truewood by Merrill by my Veterans Service Officer, Juan Dennys. Jay hosted my impromptu tour and I distinctly recall telling him, “THIS PLACE IS MINE….” not 6 steps into the Cottage! I immediately made the decision to take up residence here. Thank you for such a wonderful Staff and for the values and care provided.

Have a client here; very nice Senior Living facility! Friendly staff & welcoming residents. Meals are mostly ok; could be improved a bit for the cost. (Eg: more variety of foods offered; heartier soups; sugar-free & dairy-free options; etc).
