Sam impressed me with his honest, informative, and friendly nature. You can tell he means what he says, and that he's not about ripping people off. Also appreciated that his time estimates were on point. Will definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.As a plus, if the service time isn't too long there's a nice little cafe, Chocobean Coffee, within a short 2 minute walk. Their bagels were super good :).

Had a great experience. Sam did a thorough inspection as part of the oil and filter change which was very helpful in updating status and warning of possible future issues.I made an appointment which was also helpful and time saving. It's in a good little shopping center so coffee, a slice, or texmex is there while you wait.True Car will be my annual from now on.
