2/20/2025 My wife gave me a gift certificate for stretch lab and I went today. Ariana was my therapist and was excellent in helping me stretch the tightness right out of me body. She was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommended Ariana based on her skill level and positive outlook on health and flexibility. Thank you!

I’m a physical therapist, mom of a 1 yr old, and avid weightlifter and had a great experience getting stretched by Ariana at Stretch Lab. The initial movement screen was insightful to the areas of restriction in my body and the stretch session felt so nice and needed. I hadn’t noticed how tight my hips were until we did some of those stretches. The stretching was the perfect intensity for my body. This is definitely something so many folks (including me) would benefit from on a regular basis!

Brenden is great and I am really happy that I joined this place. I feel like I am doing something good for myself and it's relaxing, too. It's clean and the ambiance is nice.
