If you like saunas you will love this place. The infrared heat is so relaxing and more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The saunas are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I never have a problem finding availability for a session. Convenient parking too.

Since it was raining and our HOA gym was too full my wife and I figured we would finally give the experience a try. This location is conveniently located in our neighborhood. The first thing we noticed was how clean and presentable the lobby and entry was. 5/5 The owner gave us a tour of the space and showed us our private and personal sauna rooms. I was excited to see that they provided entrainment to on the TV to keep your mind busy while you are sweating. I love going to what I call a spa. Very relaxing, people are always so friendly. Never a problem if I need to cancel for any reason. Rooms are clean. very clean. The best place to use and get rid of toxins and stress.
