I’ve been a patient of Dr. Omar Krad the last 3,years and I’m really satisfied with his service. I’ve an oncoming visit with him on December but when I called the office to confirm, I was told that he would no longer be connected in that office. Dr. Krad, where can we follow you? I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Krad who performed a cataract for my right eye. Later I had to have the left eye surgery when I had a problem with the retina. Unfortunately communication with the office is a nightmare when an urgent matter happens. Nobody was returning my callS. I had to drive to the office to get the attention needed.
Necessary steps were taken for me to be seen by a specialist on the same day which was fantastic. After treatment and obtaining clearance for the cataract surgery, I tried to contact the office, coordinators, office manager to arrange for my surgery and Nothing.
