Glad they came by my shop to fix my router. I called Cox earlier and they didn’t do anything if you want reliable technician to show up on time OC computer text is your team! Not only did they go to my attic and remove the wireless router. They also cleaned up the area as well, and also went downstairs and reconnected all my Wi-Fi hotspots.

Reasonable prices. Prompt and courteous technicians. Called in for a Mac hard drive issue, Jeff was very knowledgeable about my problem I had with the click of death. This is when your hard drive makes a clicking noise due to the sectors disc slamming into each other. This was a very descriptive way of letting me know what was going on with an unreadable external hard drive. OC computer techs have a clean room and cool tools to fix my issue. They physically removed the sectors/ mini discs and rearranged them so it would function again.
