Had an older MacBook that a friend of mine gave me that required an actual disk to reload the operating system and factory reset. Didn't realize that until it was too late and I was stuck unable to do anything. Not being a computer guy I brought it in to this place since it's close to home and work and Steve had it back to me within a couple hours completely reset to factory settings and with the most up to date operating system on it. Pretty reasonably priced as well.
After spending way too much time trying to figure out why my system kept randomly re-booting with the blue screen of death, I reached my breaking point and decided to go to a professional.Steve in your Mission Viejo store was very informative and knowledgeable, and your company communication system kept me updated every step of the way. In short order, he determined my power supply was on its way out. And since computer is almost 4 years old and is subjected to daily heavy use, it was not a shock.
