I absolutely adore Dr. Floyd and her staff. They always get me in especially when it’s a last minute emergency even though they are booked. I feel like Dr Floyd is family. She is very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Erica and Erik are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this office. love them all!
I went to this optometrist based on other reviews and found them to be exceptional. Customer service is unparallel and flexibility with appointments and pickups. They're quick but efficient, with a wide variety of choices and a quick turnaround time. I was so happy with my experience that I referred my husband.
Came back to Dr. Floyd again in September 2024 for my annual eye exam after having a great experience in 2023, and once again had an excellent experience working with her and her staff. Once again, as was the case the first time I visited in 2023, I was seen on time and was only in the office for about a half hour from the time I walked in until my glasses order was completed. I definitely plan to continue seeing Dr. Floyd for my exam next year.
