Dr. Rahman is the GI doc for both me and my husband. We are in our 70s and have seen many doctors over time. Dr. Rahman may be the best we’ve ever seen. He listens carefully and treats patients with excellent skills and compassion. He has gone out of his way to provide us with information and connected us with other doctors important to our treatment. I can’t say enough good things about dr. Rahman - he is outstanding.
I’ve known him for more than 13 years. I have small bowel obstructions multiple times due to prior surgeries. I am on certain med which blocks many sedation meds. When I had colonoscopy with my previous GI doctor who didn’t know about this interactions, I had the worst experience. Obviously Dr Rahman knew this issue, so my colonoscopy experience with him was completely different. Dr Rahman is a rare find in the current medical world. He is always available when I call for an emergency. If you live in OC and need GI doctor, I highly recommend Dr Rahman!!!
My mother and I have been overseen by Dr Rahman for over 7 years. He is incredibly professional, kind and very communicative. His bedside manner is one of an angel and I am not embellishing that at all. His staff is wonderful and very communicative. In the 7 years that he has been the GI Dr for my mother and I.......he has NEVER EVER skipped a beat.
